Google Permissions
During installation, LightLead requests three Google permissions. Here's what each one means, why it's needed, and what the add-on can and can't do.

What LightLead does NOT request
- Access to Google Drive (other than the spreadsheet it's installed in)
- Access to Google Calendar
- Access to Google Contacts
- Access to Google Photos
Data Security
- All data is processed only within your Google spreadsheet
- LightLead does not store your data on its servers (except for configuration metadata)
- Ad account and CRM tokens are stored encrypted
- You can revoke access at any time: Google Account → Security → Third-party apps
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is access to email requested? Email is used only to identify you in team mode and to send notifications when reports finish (if you've enabled that feature).
Can I decline the email permission? Without email, the following won't work: team access, report completion notifications.
How do I revoke permissions? Go to Google Account → Security → Third-party apps and services → LightLead → Remove access.
