Error description format
Each error is described in a consistent structure:
- Message — the text the user sees in the interface
- What it means — plain-language explanation of the error
- Possible causes — list of causes from most to least likely
- What to do — step-by-step fix instructions
- Retry execution — whether to re-run the report/integration after fixing (yes/no)
- Reconnection required — whether the source needs reconnecting (yes/no)
- When to contact support — conditions where self-service isn't possible
- What to send — minimum data set for support: error time, report name, screenshot, request ID
