Installing LightLead
LightLead installs as a Google Sheets add-on. Here's the full step-by-step guide.
Prerequisites
Make sure you have:
- A Google account (personal or Google Workspace)
- Access to Google Sheets
- Chrome browser (recommended) or any modern browser
Step 1: Open Google Sheets
Go to sheets.google.com and create a new spreadsheet or open an existing one.
Step 2: Install from the add-on store
- In the Google Sheets menu, select Extensions → Add-ons → Get add-ons
- Search for "LightLead"
- Click Install on the LightLead card
- Confirm the installation in the dialog
Step 3: First sign-in
- After installation, open Extensions → LightLead → Open
- The LightLead interface appears in the sidebar
- Click Sign In and choose your Google account
Step 4: Permissions
On first sign-in, LightLead will request Google permissions. For details on each permission, see Google Permissions.
How to verify
- A LightLead item should appear in the Extensions menu
- Clicking "Open" should open the sidebar with the interface
- You should see a welcome screen with an option to create a workspace
