Interface Overview
The LightLead interface has 9 main sections. Here's what each one does.
1. Home
Where: first screen when opening LightLead.
What's here: list of recent reports, integration statuses, quick access to report creation.
Access: all users.
Result: quick entry to the right section without navigating the menu.
2. Reports
Where: "Reports" in the sidebar menu.
What's here: list of all reports, report builder, execution history, schedules.
Access: all users (within permission scope).
Result: creating, running, and viewing reports.
3. Integrations
Where: "Integrations" in the sidebar menu.
What's here: list of connected ad accounts and CRMs, adding new ones, connection statuses.
Access: Owner.
Result: managing data sources.
4. Attribution
Where: "Attribution" in the sidebar menu (available on Pro and Business).
What's here: field mapping setup, match rate analysis, viewing matched/unmatched rows.
Access: Owner (Pro/Business).
Result: configuring end-to-end analytics.
5. Telegram
Where: "Telegram" in the sidebar menu.
What's here: connecting the Telegram bot, notification settings, viewing available reports in Mini App.
Access: Owner (Pro/Business).
Result: receiving reports in Telegram.
6. AI Assistant
Where: AI button in the bottom-right corner of any section (Pro/Business).
What's here: AI chat, metric queries, period comparisons, change explanations.
Access: all users (Pro/Business).
Result: answering questions about data in natural language.
7. Team
Where: "Team" in the sidebar menu.
What's here: member list, inviting new members, assigning roles, managing access.
Access: Owner (full); Member — by scope.
Result: multi-user access to the workspace.
8. Subscription
Where: "Subscription" in the sidebar menu.
What's here: current plan, limit usage, payment history, plan changes.
Access: Owner.
Result: managing your plan.
9. Settings
Where: gear icon in the top-right corner.
What's here: workspace settings: timezone, currency, deleting workspace.
Access: Owner; Member — by scope.
Result: workspace configuration.
