What is a Workspace

A workspace is a logical unit in LightLead that brings together a Google Sheet, all connected data sources, reports, users, and settings.

Each workspace is tightly linked to a single Google Sheet. This is where LightLead writes all report data. The spreadsheet gets a [LL] service sheet with metadata — don't delete it.

  • One spreadsheet = one workspace
  • You cannot link a workspace to a different spreadsheet without deleting the current one
  • Data for all reports is stored on separate sheets within this spreadsheet

Owner

When you create a workspace, you become its Owner. The owner has full rights:

  • Add and remove integrations
  • Create, edit, and delete reports
  • Invite team members
  • Change the subscription plan
  • Delete the workspace

The owner cannot be removed from the workspace — only ownership can be transferred.

Integrations (connectors)

Integrations are connections to data sources:

  • Ad accounts (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and others)
  • CRM systems (Kommo, Bitrix24, Pipedrive, HubSpot, and others)

Multiple connections for one provider: you can connect several Meta Ads ad accounts or several CRMs within one workspace. Each connection is a separate integration.

Reports

Reports use data from integrations. A single report can use data from several integrations at once (e.g., Meta Ads + Google Ads for comparison).

Data storage

All report data is stored directly in the workspace's Google Sheet. LightLead does not store your data on its servers — only configuration metadata (report names, integration settings, access tokens).
