Deleting a Workspace

Deleting a workspace is an irreversible operation. Only the owner can perform it.

Before you start

  • Make sure you are the workspace owner
  • Export any data you need from the Google Sheet
  • Notify your team members

Step 1: Open settings

  1. Open LightLead
  2. Click the gear icon in the top right corner
  3. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section

Step 2: Confirm deletion

  1. Click Delete Workspace
  2. Enter the workspace name to confirm
  3. Click Confirm Deletion

What will be deleted

  • All integrations: OAuth tokens will be revoked, connections deleted
  • All reports: report configurations and their schedules
  • Team: all member links to the workspace
  • Subscription: the active subscription will be cancelled (refunds — per plan terms)
  • Telegram connection: disconnected
  • Settings: all workspace settings

What remains

  • Google Sheet: the spreadsheet itself is not deleted and remains in your Google Drive
  • Report data: the data rows on the sheets remain (it's your spreadsheet)
  • [LL] service sheet: will be deleted or cleared

Can it be undone

No. Deleting a workspace is irreversible. You can create a new workspace in the same spreadsheet, but:

  • You'll have to reconnect all integrations
  • You'll have to recreate all reports
  • Old data on the sheets will remain but won't be linked to the new reports

Warning

Before deleting a workspace:

  1. Copy or export all data you need
  2. If you use attribution — save your field mapping settings
  3. Notify all team members
