Connecting Telegram
Feature gate: Solo+ (telegram_alerts). The connection is initiated by the workspace owner (or a user with Telegram ACL admin).
Where
- LightLead in Google Sheets → settings / integrations → Telegram
- Connect → go through the deep-link / bot → confirm the chat
What data
- Telegram user id, name, username (if any), chat id for alerts
- LightLead does not read chat messages/contacts
After connecting
