Telegram Notifications
Notifications go to recipients with Telegram ACL (admin / operator / recipient). Not to be confused with team owner/member.
Types (product-relevant)

Extended categories such as "new workspace member / billing / feature announcements" as a separate Telegram catalog are not claimed without confirmation in the addon — the main alert channel = threshold alerts.
Settings: Mini App / bot notification settings (if available in the UI).
