Telegram Mini App

The LightLead mini app is a web interface embedded in Telegram that mirrors LightLead's core functions without needing to open Google Sheets or a browser.

Who uses this

• All workspace members — once an administrator has connected the Telegram integration
• Users without access to Google Sheets — can view reports without the add-on

Where to find it

1. Open the chat with LightLead Bot in Telegram
2. At the bottom of the screen, tap Open app or Launch
3. Or send the /start command and tap the button that appears

The mini app opens on top of the Telegram interface without requiring you to leave the messenger.

What data is shown

The mini app shows the same set of data as the main LightLead app, subject to your access rights:

• Report list — all saved and draft reports
• Dashboards — summary widgets and charts
• Alerts — active and triggered notifications
• Profile settings — notification management

Actions available in the mini app

Navigation

• Home screen — workspace summary, recent reports, active alerts
• Reports — list of all reports with filtering by type, date, status
• Alerts — list of configured thresholds and trigger history
• Profile — notification settings, interface language, sign out

Viewing a report

1. Select a report from the list
2. Data loads in the web view (table with columns)
3. Filtering by period is available (today, yesterday, 7 days, 30 days, custom)
4. Exporting a single metric is available with a tap

Creating a report

Creating reports in the mini app is limited compared to Google Sheets:

• Template reports are available (quick start from preconfigured options)
• The full report builder is available only in the Google Sheets version

What requires confirmation

• First launch — Telegram asks for permission to open the mini app (one time only)
• Data refresh — no explicit confirmation needed, data refreshes automatically on open

Result

The mini app provides a mobile dashboard for LightLead with a basic set of functions. You can check KPIs, track alerts, and share data with your team directly from Telegram, without switching between apps.

Mini app limitations

• You cannot edit the report structure (add/remove columns, change sources)
• You cannot connect new integrations
• You cannot manage member roles (view-only for your own permissions)
• Cache size — up to 10 MB, older data is evicted when exceeded
• Offline mode is not supported — an active internet connection is required
