Telegram Roles
Telegram ACL is separate from the team (owner/member). Roles: admin | operator | recipient (TELEGRAM_ACCESS_ROLES).
Roles
| Role | Typical use |

admin | Full ACL control in the Mini App / manages Telegram access |
operator | Working Mini App access (operations within their ACL) |
recipient | Receives alerts/notifications, without the full operator UI |
The Mini App typically requires admin or operator.
Not to be confused with team

Roles are not automatically "inherited" from Settings → Members.
