Canceling Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, the current paid period continues until it ends, and then access is restricted.

How to cancel your subscription

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Scroll down to the Cancel Subscription section
  3. Click Cancel Subscription
  4. Provide a reason for canceling (optional)
  5. Confirm the action

After confirming, the subscription won't renew. The current paid period continues until its end date.

What happens to your data

  • During the paid period: full access, everything works as usual
  • After the paid period ends: the workspace switches to read-only mode for 30 days
  • After 30 days: all workspace data is deleted with no way to recover it

Before the 30-day window expires, you can resume your subscription at any time — all data will be preserved.

Refunds

  • For monthly billing, no refund is issued for unused days of the current period
  • For annual billing, a refund is issued proportionally for unused full months, minus a 15% fee
  • Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the charge

Alternatives to canceling

Before canceling, consider other options:

  • Downgrade your plan — switch to Free ($0) or Solo if you need to minimize costs
  • Pause — check with support about the option to pause
  • Preserve your data — before canceling, make sure you have control over the relevant Google Sheets (the primary store)

Restoring after cancellation

If you change your mind within 30 days after the paid period ends:

  1. Go to the workspace
  2. Click Resume Subscription
  3. Choose a plan and payment method
  4. All data and settings will be restored
