Adding Seats
The number of users (seats) depends on your subscription plan. If you need more seats than your plan provides, you can purchase additional ones.
Seat limits by plan

Free is an individual plan, and seats cannot be added. For team work, upgrade to Solo or higher.
Cost of additional seats
Each seat beyond the number included in your plan costs $15/month, the same price on Solo, Agency, and Agency Pro.
Additional seats are billed together with your main subscription for the billing period.
How to add seats
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click Manage Seats
- Enter the number of additional seats you need
- Confirm the change
New seats become available immediately. Invited users occupy seats once their account is activated.
Removing seats
You can reduce the number of seats at any time. The change takes effect starting from the next billing period.
- Users exceeding the new limit are blocked
- The administrator chooses in advance who stays active
- Blocked users are not deleted — they can be unblocked if you expand seats again
What happens when you downgrade your plan
If you downgrade your plan (for example, from Agency to Solo), the number of seats decreases to the new plan's limit. The same rule as removing seats applies: extra users are blocked.
