Subscription Ended
When the paid period ends and the subscription isn't renewed (due to cancellation or failed payments), the workspace switches to a restricted mode. Below is exactly what happens at each stage.
Stage 1: Read-only mode (30 days)
Immediately after the paid period ends:
- Reports don't run — neither manual nor automatic runs
- No new data comes in — integrations pause syncing
- Viewing is available — all previously collected data and reports can be viewed
- Export is available — you can export data before it's deleted
- Settings are available — you can change configuration, but it won't apply until restoration
- Users can still log in — all workspace users can see the data
The interface shows a banner with the time remaining before data deletion.
Stage 2: Data deletion (after 30 days)
If the subscription isn't resumed within 30 days:
- All workspace data is deleted
- Report, integration, and user settings are deleted
- Data recovery is not possible
- If you register a new workspace with the same email, the history is not preserved
How to restore access
At any point during the 30-day window:
- Go to the workspace
- You'll see a "Subscription Inactive" banner with a Restore button
- Click the button, choose a plan and payment method
- After payment is confirmed:
- All features are restored immediately
- Integrations start syncing again
- Scheduled reports resume
What invited users see
Invited users see the same thing as the owner — read-only mode with a banner about the need to restore the subscription. They can't pay for the subscription (only the owner can), but they can view and export data.
Preventing data loss
- Set up notifications about subscription expiration under Settings > Notifications
- Keep your payment method up to date
- Consider annual billing — it's cheaper and eliminates monthly non-payment risk
- Export critical data if you don't plan to renew the subscription
