Trial Period

LightLead offers a 14-day Agency-tier trial, no card required. This is a product billing rule: the trial is activated as an Agency subscription in trialing status.

What's included

During the trial, Agency-tier limits and features apply:

• Meta Ads, Instagram Insights, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
• 5 CRM workspaces, up to 25 ad accounts, hourly/daily/weekly schedules
• Telegram alerts and AI asks within Agency limits
• Ads → CRM attribution is enabled (this is the Agency plan)

Restrictions

• Duration: 14 days from activation (trial_ends_at)
• No card is required to start the trial
• A repeat trial on the same billing account is not intended

After it ends

Since no card was collected, there's nothing to auto-charge: when trial_ends_at passes, the subscription automatically drops from trialing to the Free plan. No data is deleted — you can subscribe to a paid plan at any time to restore Agency-tier limits.

How to subscribe after the trial

1. Open billing in the add-on (Subscription)
2. Choose Solo / Agency / Agency Pro and an interval (monthly / yearly)
3. Confirm payment
