Changing Plans
You can switch to a different plan at any time. The recalculation rules depend on the direction of the switch.
Upgrading
When switching to a more expensive plan (Free → Solo → Agency → Agency Pro):
- The new plan activates immediately (per billing / PSP rules)
- The unused remainder of the period may be applied as a credit — the checkout UI shows the exact recalculation
- The next charge follows the new plan
Example price order: Free $0 → Solo $19/mo → Agency $49/mo → Agency Pro $99/mo (see plans).
Downgrading
When switching to a cheaper plan (Agency → Solo, Agency → Free, Solo → Free):
- The new plan activates after the current paid period ends
- You keep using your current plan until the end of the period
- No refund is issued, but the next payment will be at the new plan's price
What happens to your data
When downgrading, some features are disabled based on entitlements:
- CRM / attribution / schedules / AI beyond the new plan become unavailable
- Extra ad accounts and CRM workspaces need to be disabled manually, otherwise create/run actions will hit the plan limit
- Seats beyond
max_seatsneed to be reduced
When upgrading, the new plan's limits apply immediately.
