Report Builder
The builder is a step-by-step report configuration interface made up of 14 parameters, grouped into three logical sections: Source, Data, and Output.
Builder structure
Source
- Source — choosing the data source type
- Connection — choosing a specific connection
- Account — choosing the account within the connection
- Entity — choosing the data type (campaigns, ads, keywords, etc.)
Data
- Dimensions — grouping and data breakdowns
- Metrics — numeric indicators
- Date Range — the data selection period
- Filters — data-selection conditions
- Sorting — row order
- Row Limit — limiting the number of records
Output
- Output Sheet — the target Google Sheets sheet
- Write Mode — how data is updated
- Schedule — automatic scheduled runs
Overall workflow
Source > Connection > Account > Entity
|
Dimensions x Metrics x Filters
|
Sorting x Row Limit x Dates
|
Output Sheet x Write Mode x ScheduleWhen creating a report, parameters are filled in sequentially: the choice made at one step determines the available options at the next. For example, the selected connection determines the list of available accounts, and the entity determines the list of available metrics and dimensions.
How to verify the configuration
- Open any existing report in edit mode — all parameters are visualized in the builder interface
- Hovering over each parameter shows a tooltip with a description
- Before saving, the system validates the configuration and highlights errors in red
