Schedule
Schedule is a builder parameter that enables automatic report runs at a set frequency. Without a schedule, a report only runs manually.
Step-by-step instructions
1. Open schedule settings
In the builder, go to the Output > Schedule section.
2. Enable the schedule
Turn on the Enable schedule toggle.
3. Choose the frequency
Available options:
- Hourly — runs every hour on the hour (XX:00)
- Daily — runs once a day at a specified time
- Weekly — runs on specific days of the week at a specified time
4. Configure the run time
For daily and weekly schedules, specify the time in HH:MM format (for example, 08:00). For weekly, also select the days of the week (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun).
5. Specify the timezone
Choose the timezone the run time is calculated against. By default this is the workspace timezone.
6. Configure missed-run behavior
Specify what to do if a run was missed (for example, due to an integration being disconnected):
- Skip — don't catch up
- Run at the first opportunity — execute once the connection is restored
7. Save
Click Save. The report will begin running automatically according to the schedule.
How to verify
- After saving, a schedule indicator (a green clock icon) appears in the report list
- Wait for the nearest scheduled run
- Check the run history — a new entry with type Automatic should appear
- Check the output sheet — the data should be updated
Important notes
- The minimum interval between runs is 1 hour
- If a run's scheduled time coincides with a run already in progress, the new run is queued
- If the integration is disconnected, scheduled runs are skipped and marked Missed
- The schedule can be disabled at any time without deleting the settings, using the toggle
