Bitrix24 Limitations
This article describes the limitations of the Bitrix24 connector in LightLead.
API Limitations
Bitrix24 API limit: 2 requests per second per webhook. Batch request size — up to 50 methods. Some plans restrict REST API access. UTM tags are only available on CRM+ plans.
General Limitations

Unsupported Features
The following features are currently not supported:
Writing data: the connector is read-only, changing data in the CRM is not possible
Real time: sync is periodic, not real-time
Attachments and files: fields of type "file" are not loaded
Notes and comments: text notes on deals are not synced
Tasks and activities: task and meeting history is not loaded
Impact on Synchronization
When limits are exceeded:
Rate limit: sync pauses and resumes automatically
Timeout: the request is retried with an increased interval
Large data volume: sync is split across several cycles
