KeyCRM Users and Owners
This article describes working with KeyCRM users and owners in LightLead.
Loading Users
An order's manager is determined by the manager_name field. LightLead matches the manager by name during sync. When the manager changes in KeyCRM, the data is updated.
Matching Users
LightLead matches CRM users with internal identifiers. This ensures:
Uniqueness: each user is identified by ID, not by name
Stability: matching is preserved when a user is renamed
Historical accuracy: data on old assignments is preserved even after the owner changes
Use in Reports
Users and owners are used in reports for:
Grouping: analyzing manager performance
Filtering: filtering data by owner
Comparison: comparing metrics across managers
KPIs: calculating key manager performance indicators
User Attributes
| Attribute | Description |
|---|---|
| ID | Unique user identifier |
| Name | Display name of the user |
| User's email (if available) | |
| Role | The user's role in the CRM |
| Status | Active/inactive |
Deactivated Users
If a user is deactivated in the CRM:
Historical data on their deals is preserved
In new reports, the owner field will show the old user
Filtering by a deactivated user is available for historical data
