Common errors and solutions
429 error (rate limit): automatic retry with exponential backoff. 5xx error (upstream): retryable. 401 error: invalid token or insufficient scopes. Properties not showing: check the property's dataSensitivity. Empty associations: enable associations loading.

Why isn't new data showing up?
Check the sync interval in the connection settings
Make sure the connection is active (green indicator)
Run a forced sync
Check that the CRM actually has new data
Why are fields empty in the report?
Check that the field is filled in the CRM
Make sure the API key has access to this field
Run discovery again
Check whether the field is excluded due to dataSensitivity (HubSpot)
Why is the sync taking a long time?
Large data volume — sync happens in batches
Rate limits exceeded — sync is paused
Check the stability of your internet connection
On the first sync, the entire history is loaded — this can take a while
