HubSpot UTM fields

The connector does not have a dedicated native UTM mapping. UTM data is only available if properties (standard or custom) such as utm_source are set up in HubSpot and are selected in the report's metrics as deal.* / contact.*.

What to do

1. Add UTM tagging to your ad URLs
2. Set up properties in HubSpot that UTM values are written to (forms / tracking)
3. In LightLead, select those properties in the report fields / attribution
4. If the property is not in the catalog — rediscover fields

We do not claim "LightLead automatically reads utm_*" without selecting a property.
