HighLevel UTM fields

The runtime connector has no built-in utm_source / utm_medium / … fields on the contact.

UTM data for attribution is only available if custom fields/properties are set up in the account and they made it into the catalog as *.custom.* (or similar), and are selected in the report's metrics.

We do not claim "automatic utm_* population via the contacts API" as a LightLead product feature.
