Pipedrive Limitations
This article describes the limitations of the Pipedrive connector in LightLead.
API limitations
Pipedrive API limits: depend on the pricing plan. The request limit varies. The maximum page size is 500 records. With a large number of custom fields (more than 100), sync may take additional time.

Unsupported capabilities
The following capabilities are currently not supported:
Writing data: the connector is read-only; you cannot modify data in the CRM
Real time: synchronization is periodic, not real-time
Attachments and files: fields of type "file" are not loaded
Notes and comments: text notes on deals are not synced
Tasks and activities: task and meeting history is not loaded
Impact on synchronization
When limits are exceeded:
Rate limit: synchronization is paused and resumes automatically
Timeout: the request is retried with an increased interval
Large data volume: synchronization is split into several cycles
