This article describes common issues when working with the KeyCRM connector and how to resolve them.

Common Errors and Solutions

Error 401: invalid API key. Error 403: insufficient permissions. Error 429: request limit exceeded. Products not showing: check that the API key has access to products. Empty statuses: re-run discovery.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why isn't new data showing up?

  • Check the sync interval in the connection settings

  • Make sure the connection is active (green indicator)

  • Run a manual sync

  • Check that there is actually new data in the CRM

Why are fields empty in the report?

  • Check that the field is filled in in the CRM

  • Make sure the API key has access to that field

  • Re-run discovery

  • Check whether the field is excluded due to dataSensitivity (HubSpot)

Why is syncing taking a long time?

  • Large data volume — syncing happens in batches

  • Rate limits exceeded — syncing is paused

  • Check your internet connection stability

  • On the first sync, the entire history is loaded — this can take a while
