Bitrix24 UTM Fields

This article describes UTM tag support in the Bitrix24 connector.

UTM Tag Support

Bitrix24 has built-in UTM tag support. The fields utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, and utm_term are available on the deal entity and are automatically read by LightLead during sync.

Standard UTM Parameters

LightLead supports five standard UTM parameters:

ParameterDescriptionExample
utm_sourceTraffic sourcegoogle, facebook, yandex
utm_mediumTraffic typecpc, cpm, email, social
utm_campaignCampaign namesummer_sale_2026
utm_contentAd contentbanner_728x90_v1
utm_termKeywordbuy+sofa

Setting Up UTM Fields

To ensure UTM tags are correctly passed to the CRM:

  1. Set up UTM tagging on your advertising links

  2. Make sure the CRM accepts and stores UTM parameters

  3. Create custom fields for any missing UTM parameters if needed

  4. Run discovery again in LightLead

Usage in Reports

UTM fields in LightLead reports let you:

  • Analyze sources: group by utm_source to compare channels

  • Evaluate campaigns: group by utm_campaign to analyze effectiveness

  • Drill down: combine utm_source + utm_medium + utm_campaign

  • Track full-funnel analytics: match advertising spend against CRM revenue

Important Notes

  • UTM tags are case-sensitive: Google and google are treated as different sources

  • It's recommended to use a consistent standard for writing UTM tags

  • If a UTM field is absent in the CRM, its data will be empty in reports

  • Some CRMs only save UTM tags on the first touch
