HighLevel users and owners
This article describes working with HighLevel users and owners in LightLead.
Loading users
The assigned user is determined by the assignedTo field. User data is loaded via the users API for the specific location_id. When the assigned user changes, the data is updated.
Matching users
LightLead matches CRM users to internal identifiers. This ensures:
Uniqueness: each user is identified by ID, not by name
Stability: matching is preserved even if a user is renamed
Historicity: data for old assignments is preserved even after the owner changes
Use in reports
Users and owners are used in reports for:
Grouping: analyzing performance by manager
Filtering: filtering data by owner
Comparison: comparing metrics across different managers
KPIs: calculating key manager performance indicators
User attributes
| Attribute | Description |
|---|---|
| ID | Unique user identifier |
| Name | Display name of the user |
| User email (if available) | |
| Role | User role in the CRM |
| Status | Active/inactive |
Deactivated users
If a user is deactivated in the CRM:
Historical data for their deals is preserved
In new reports, the owner field will show the old user
Filtering by a deactivated user is available for historical data
