HighLevel users and owners

This article describes working with HighLevel users and owners in LightLead.

Loading users

The assigned user is determined by the assignedTo field. User data is loaded via the users API for the specific location_id. When the assigned user changes, the data is updated.

Matching users

LightLead matches CRM users to internal identifiers. This ensures:

  • Uniqueness: each user is identified by ID, not by name

  • Stability: matching is preserved even if a user is renamed

  • Historicity: data for old assignments is preserved even after the owner changes

Use in reports

Users and owners are used in reports for:

  • Grouping: analyzing performance by manager

  • Filtering: filtering data by owner

  • Comparison: comparing metrics across different managers

  • KPIs: calculating key manager performance indicators

User attributes

AttributeDescription
IDUnique user identifier
NameDisplay name of the user

Deactivated users

If a user is deactivated in the CRM:

  • Historical data for their deals is preserved

  • In new reports, the owner field will show the old user

  • Filtering by a deactivated user is available for historical data
