Bitrix24 Pipelines

This article describes working with Bitrix24 sales pipelines in LightLead.

Loading Pipelines

In Bitrix24, pipelines are organized through categories. Each category contains a set of stages. LightLead loads all categories and stages during initial discovery.

Pipeline Structure

Each pipeline contains:

  • Pipeline ID — a unique ID used in API requests

  • Pipeline name — the display name

  • List of statuses/stages — the stages a deal/order/lead moves through

  • Stage order — the sequence defined in the CRM

Usage in Reports

Pipelines are used in LightLead reports for:

  • Grouping data: group data by pipeline to analyze different sales pipelines

  • Filtering: filter data by a specific pipeline

  • Comparison: compare the performance of different pipelines

  • Visualization: build sales funnel charts

Updating Pipelines

When pipelines change in the CRM (added, deleted, renamed), you need to run discovery again. Options:

  1. Automatic: at the next scheduled sync

  2. Manual: click "Refresh discovery" in the connection settings

Notes

  • Pipelines deleted in the CRM are marked inactive in LightLead, but historical data is preserved

  • Renaming a pipeline does not affect already-built reports — matching is done by ID

  • When a new pipeline is added, old reports continue to work without changes
