Bitrix24 Users and Owners
This article describes working with Bitrix24 users and owners in LightLead.
Loading Users
The responsible user is determined by the deal's ASSIGNED_BY_ID field. LightLead matches the ID to a user name. When the responsible person changes in Bitrix24, the data updates during sync.
Matching Users
LightLead matches CRM users to internal identifiers. This provides:
Uniqueness: each user is identified by ID, not by name
Resilience: matching is preserved when a user is renamed
Historical accuracy: data for old assignments is preserved even after the responsible person changes
Usage in Reports
Users and owners are used in reports for:
Grouping: analyzing manager performance
Filtering: filtering data by owner
Comparison: comparing performance across different managers
KPIs: calculating key manager performance indicators
User Attributes

Deactivated Users
If a user is deactivated in the CRM:
Historical data for their deals is preserved
In new reports, the owner field will show the old user
Filtering by a deactivated user is available for historical data
