Connection Statuses
Each connection in LightLead has a status reflecting its current state.
Status List
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Active | Connection is working, data is syncing |
| Error | Connection issue: expired token, no access, API error |
| Pending | Connection is being set up |
| Paused | Sync temporarily stopped by the user |
| Needs Attention | Token is expiring or reauthorization is required |
Status Transitions
Pending → Active → Error → Needs Attention → ActiveActions by Status
- Active: no action needed
- Error: check the error cause — reconnection may be required
- Needs Attention: reconnect the connector to refresh the token
